CAMP DESCRIPTION: Young performers put on scenes and songs inspired by J.M. Barrie’s classic, “Peter & Wendy” while enjoying acting activities along the way. Peter, a brave boy who can fly, takes Wendy and her siblings to Neverland where they meet magical friends and must defeat the infamous Captain Hook. Rock-out at rehearsal directed by DC/NYC professional teaching artists and explore behind-the-scenes in this weeklong camp.
Moonlit Wings award-winning programs are jam-packed with opportunities for every young performer to shine, explore filmmaking, improvisation games, acting challenges, script writing, talent show, swim-time and more! Camp ends with a mini-performance for family and friends.
Bring snack, lunch, drink and swimsuit/towel (camps may have a short swim break). Pre-camp and after-camp care may be available at certain locations, please contact RECenter for more information.
