1. Who We Are

 

Moonlit Wings Productions (“Moonlit Wings,” “we,” “us”) provides performing arts education programs, creative workshops, camps, online classes, showcases, and production-related services. Moonlit Wings Productions operates as a DBA of Studio For Performing Arts LA. All programs and services offered on this website are presented and marketed under the Moonlit Wings Productions name.

 

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing this website, registering for a program, purchasing a service, or participating in any Moonlit Wings activity (in person or online), you agree to these Terms and Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

 

 

3. Educational Programs – Important Notice

 

All Moonlit Wings programs are provided for educational purposes only.

 

Participation in any class, workshop, showcase, camp, seminar, or program:

 

• Is not an audition

• Does not guarantee employment, casting, representation, or career outcomes

• Does not create an employment or agency relationship

 

Programs may be taught by industry professionals, but instruction is strictly educational in nature.

 

 

4. Industry Workshops & Talent Services Disclosure

 

Moonlit Wings Productions provides training and instructional services only.

 

Moonlit Wings Productions:

 

• Is not a talent agency

• Does not procure or attempt to procure employment, auditions, or representation

• Does not engage in “pay-to-play” practices

 

Any workshop, seminar, showcase, or event — including those involving casting professionals or industry guests — is not an audition and not an employment opportunity.

 

Fees paid to Moonlit Wings Productions are solely for educational instruction, program participation, and related administrative costs, and are not connected to obtaining work or representation.

 

When casting professionals or industry guests participate in educational programs, they do not take, review, retain, or receive participant headshots, résumés, reels, or promotional materials as part of the program.
 

 

5. Bond Disclosure (California Requirement)

 

These programs are for educational purposes only, do not guarantee employment, and are bonded with Old Republic Surety Company (Bond #W150384425) as required by California state law.

 

 

6. Hollywood Industry Workshops – Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Certain industry-specific workshops or events held in or directly related to Hollywood, California may be subject to a 30-day cancellation and refund policy, in accordance with applicable California regulations governing industry workshops.

 

This policy applies only to those specific Hollywood-based industry workshops or events and does not apply to:

 

• Virginia-based camps, classes, or recreational programs

• Youth education programs

• Online or virtual programs

• Ongoing weekly classes or seasonal programs

 

All non-Hollywood programs operate under the refund and cancellation policy stated on the individual program’s registration page.

 

 

7. Programs in Virginia & Online

 

• Most educational programs are conducted in Virginia.

• Some programs are offered online via Zoom or similar platforms.

• Production and consulting services may take place anywhere, depending on the project.

 

Program format and delivery may vary.

 

 

8. Minors & Parent/Guardian Responsibility

 

For participants under 18:

 

• A parent or legal guardian must register the participant

• The parent/guardian agrees to these terms on the child’s behalf

• Parents are responsible for providing accurate emergency and registration information

 

 

9. Behavior & Participation Standards

 

Participants are expected to follow program guidelines and behave respectfully. Moonlit Wings reserves the right to remove a participant from a program if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, when necessary to protect the group.

 

 

10. Photos, Video & Recordings

 

Programs, classes, camps, showcases, events, and virtual sessions may be photographed or recorded for:

 

• Educational use

• Program documentation

• Internal review

• Promotional materials (website, social media, marketing)

 

By registering, you grant permission for Moonlit Wings Productions to use photos, video, and audio recordings of you or your child in a respectful and positive manner.

 

Requests to opt out of promotional use must be submitted in writing before the program begins, and reasonable accommodations will be made where possible.

 

 

11. Virtual Programs (Zoom & Online Classes)

 

Online programs may be recorded so enrolled participants can review sessions or access missed material.

 

• Camera and microphone use is optional

• If enabled, you consent to being recorded

• If you prefer not to be recorded, keep your camera off and microphone muted

 

Recordings are used only for legitimate educational and program-related purposes.

 

 

12. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

 

Program pricing, payment schedules, and refund policies are listed on the specific program or registration page and control unless otherwise stated.

 

Missed classes, schedule conflicts, or early departures generally do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly noted.

 

 

Third-Party Programs & Platforms

 

Some programs or services may be hosted, ticketed, or processed through third-party platforms or partner organizations. Refunds and cancellations for those services are governed by the third-party provider’s policies, not Moonlit Wings Productions.

 

 

13. Intellectual Property

 

All website content, lesson materials, scripts, videos, recordings, and resources are owned by Moonlit Wings Productions or licensed to us.
