Storyline

Set in Norfolk, Virginia in 1969, Cross To Bear follows Dahlia, a Cuban immigrant and motel housekeeper raising four children while her husband Valerio serves in the Navy. After learning she is pregnant again, she must decide how to move forward and how to tell her husband before he leaves on deployment.
