Service Description

Students will explore fun, age-appropriate improv and musical theatre in a supportive after-school performing arts environment. This class helps young performers build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and foundational acting and stage skills through games, movement, storytelling, and music. Register today! 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents are invited to watch a casual class sharing during the final 20 minutes of the last class. 🏫 Who & Where • Open to Grades 3-6 students from Westgate Elementary School • Held at Westgate Elementary School ⏰ Class Time and Day of Week 3:40 PM–4:40 PM on Thursdays 📆 Class Dates April 16, 23, 30 May 7, 14, 31, 28 June 4 Make-Up Date: June 11 (inactive; used only in case of cancellations) ⭐ Space is limited — reserve your child’s spot early!


Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to have your child participate and appreciate your understanding of the class policies below, which help us plan staffing and maintain program quality. Refund & Cancellation Policy • Full refund of tuition if a class is canceled due to low enrollment or by Moonlit Wings. • Full refund of tuition if canceled 14 or more days before the first class. • If canceled within 14 days of the first class, 20% of tuition will be retained as a late cancellation fee. • No refunds or credits once the program has begun, including for absences or withdrawals. Programs include a $15 registration/administrative fee. For certain school-based programs, where required by the hosting PTA, an additional PTA contribution fee (typically $10–$30 per student, as determined by the PTA) will be included in the total program cost at registration. Both fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process. - Participation & Conduct Students are expected to follow school rules and demonstrate respectful behavior toward instructors and peers. Moonlit Wings reserves the right to dismiss a student for ongoing disruptive or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal. - Media & Photo Release By registering, parents/guardians grant permission for Moonlit Wings Productions to photograph or record class activities and performances for educational, promotional, and archival purposes (including website, social media, and marketing materials). No student full names will be used without additional written consent. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program. - Medical & Emergency Authorization By registering, parents/guardians authorize Moonlit Wings staff to seek appropriate medical care in the event of an emergency if a parent/guardian cannot be reached. Any medical expenses are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. - Dismissal & Pick-Up Students must be picked up promptly at the designated dismissal time in accordance with school procedures.
