In this private Zoom consultation, a trusted Moonlit Wings acting advisor works with performers of all ages (and parents of younger actors, when appropriate) to assess readiness, answer questions, and outline thoughtful next steps — whether you’re exploring acting or beginning to seek representation. Sessions are supportive, honest, and pressure-free, designed to help actors and families make informed decisions with confidence. What we can cover: • 🎭 Evaluating you or your child’s interests, skills, and experience level • 📸 Guidance on headshots, reels, and materials (or whether they’re needed yet) • 🎬 Feedback on performances or self-tapes, if available • 🧭 Understanding how agents work and how to pursue representation • 👨👩👧 Guidance on expectations, timelines, and smart next steps ⸻ How to Book Click Book Now to schedule a private Zoom session with a Moonlit Wings coach. Available times appear on the calendar, and your Zoom link is emailed immediately after booking. Need a different time or have questions first? Just reach out—we’re happy to help. ⸻ After You Book You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps. If you’d like materials reviewed, you may reply in advance so the session can be tailored to your family’s goals. Program Policies
Minors Actors under 18 must have a parent or guardian handle booking and communication. Preparation & Materials To make the most of your session, please reply to your confirmation email with any requests, instructions, scripts or materials needed (sides, scenes, monologues, casting notes, or self-tape instructions). Whenever possible, materials should be sent at least 24 hours in advance. Session Use Coaching sessions may be used for acting technique, audition preparation, self-taping, career guidance, or targeted skill development. Consulting sessions may be used for career or college support, strategy, portfolio review, etc.. Please indicate your primary focus when sending materials. Rescheduling & Cancellations As a courtesy, you may reschedule one time after booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Late Arrival / No-Shows Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended, and no-shows or unplanned tardies will forfeit the reservation. Online Sessions (Zoom) For Zoom sessions, please log in a few minutes early and test your audio and video in advance. Technical issues on the client’s end will not extend session time. Communication For questions or assistance, please reach out via email. We’re happy to help and aim to respond as consistently and promptly as possible.
