Kids Acting Birthday Party (One-Hour Workshop)

- No refunds. - One reschedule request is permitted if made 14 days or more before the scheduled party, subject to availability. No additional reschedules are permitted. If the rescheduled party is not held, the booking is forfeited. - If your party was originally scheduled outdoors (as indicated on your booking form) and severe weather makes the workshop unsafe, we will work with your family to reschedule if no suitable indoor alternative is available. - If a Moonlit Wings instructor becomes ill or is unable to conduct the workshop due to an unforeseen emergency, we will work with your family to reschedule at no additional charge.

- Workshops run for one hour from the scheduled start time listed on the booking form. Late arrivals or delayed starts do not extend the session. - The base price is for up to 12 children. Additional participants are $10 per child and will be invoiced separately after booking. - Birthday workshops are recreational and educational and do not guarantee performance outcomes or professional advancement.

- A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the party and is solely responsible for supervising all children at all times. Moonlit Wings instructors lead workshop activities but are not responsible for child supervision. - Families are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and open space appropriate for group movement and activities. - For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, Moonlit Wings reserves the right to modify activities or end the workshop if unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior cannot be resolved by the parent or legal guardian.
